Description

    An exercise for the shoulders, inparticular the upper trapezius

Coaching Points

    This exercise can be done on a bench or seated on a swiss ball ensure that yiu are sitting tall, with your core muscles activated before you beginStart with your elbows bent at 90 degrees push your hands up to meet in the middlelower to start point slowly and controlled
