Description

    An abdominal and core stability exercise

Coaching Points

    Only progress to this exercise once you have mastered the kneeling ab burner Rest your forearms on the ball Keep your hips in line with your spine Do this by contracting your abs and lower back muscles In a controlled fashion slowly roll your forearms away form your body until you feel your abdominals stretch Use your forearms and abdominals to pull yourself back in
